many people don't get a first chance I think the community has seen what your capable of and to be honest I would say not a lot you need to show what new skills you can bring to the server and how you can help it, only then would I say you would get a second chance.

I think we should give the players who have been playing the server for a long time a chance and see what they like in the role of an admin if they are not good then you will get a 2nd chance.
