Two players who MUST be banned

Hi all, what's up?!!

[DOA]KAREEMKHALED is a s0beit hacker and I have dozens of players who will say so. I tried to range ban him and I couldn't. He tries to change his name to hide from me. He requested from 2 admins to promote him to Level 1. If any one see him online, BAN HIM. (His server name is kareemkhaled and he has another)

Arix, Also Known As: spiderman, poi and more..., is a hacker in our server. I advised him to uninstall his s0beit, but he didn't take my advice. Whenever I kick him, he re-login (New s0beit feature) immediately, he always Wrape to all the players. We need to ban him.

PS to Admin: Add them as members to Banned group.

No, Arix has other names like spiderman, poi, etc...
Kareem only uses his name in capital or small letters.
